Ricardo Lopez Alonso – Spanish Instruction

We are pleased to announce Ricardo as the newest member of our instructional team! He brings to A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate marketing, business and real estate experiences with degrees in marketing and communications as well as an MBA degree. Forming his own marketing and research company, Ricardo provided services to companies like Disney, McDonalds, TD Bank to name a few. In 2003 Ricardo started investing in real estate and currently functions as an investor and a broker-associate in Brevard County. Fluent in Spanish, Ricardo is passionate about helping his customers attain the dream of home ownership!

Cindy has been involved in the real estate business since 1993, beginning her career as office manager and personal assistant to a renown real estate broker specializing in waterfront and prestige residential properties in Hollywood, FL. Having relocated from South Florida in 1998 with her family, she became licensed as a sales-associate in 2001 and worked with Don to establish S&D Realty Exchange, Inc. and A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate in 2003 in Melbourne. Cindy earned her real estate broker’s license in 2011.

Cindy is the registrar and administrator for A+ Plus Schools of Real Estate where she is primarily responsible with state compliance issues and student documentation.

Cindy is an HGTV junkie and is the proud grandmother of three. She and Don enjoy real estate investing, travel and reading. Send email to Cindy
