New Agent Alert…Contract updates included in new course!
Good Morning Everyone…I am excited about being able to communicate freely and easily with our A+ Plus Schools of Real estate community & family with our new Blog and Facebook enhancements. Let me invite you as the school’s Permit Holder and Owner to engage in this feature. I would like to announce that we will be offering a new course entity that will be geared to newly licensed agents. Although the content is still being finalized, certain topics will be included. For example, how to make an effective business plan, realistic goal setting, time management strategies, lead generation, CMA basics and real estate contract updates. To illustrate, are you aware of the two ways to purchase and the differences between paragraphs 8(a) and 8(b) in the FR/BAR contract? I would appreciate your comments as we draw nearer to our launch date!
